My name is Rayfield Grant, and it is a pleasure to meet you via this bio. I’d like to take a moment to give you a little snippet of who I am. I started working since the age of 16 years old. I have held various jobs from fast food, warehousing, telecommunications, banking, real estate, Culinary Manager, restaurant manager server, bartender, event coordinator, business owner, and Bar management.

During these various experiences I always remember to never forget where I came from when I became a manager. I have very high but achievable expectations which is very simple.
